My Approach

I approach healing as a whole-person process — rooted in trauma-informed care, embodied practice, and the living traditions of Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda.

My work integrates the mind, body, and spirit — recognizing that mental health, digestive health, sleep, and hormonal balance are deeply interconnected.

Drawing from my training in the Krishnamacharya lineage of Yoga Therapy and classical Ayurveda, I offer personalized healing pathways that honor your unique constitution, lived experience, and natural rhythms.

In our work together, I may incorporate:

  • Personalized Yoga Therapy: Breath-centered movement, meditation, and nervous system regulation practices adapted to your specific needs

  • Ayurvedic Assessment: Evaluating constitution (dosha) and current imbalances through the lens of Ayurveda and Yoga philosophy (including the gunas: sattva, rajas, tamas)

  • Dietary Recommendations: Gentle, sustainable shifts based on Ayurvedic principles to support digestion, emotional balance, and hormonal health

  • Herbal Formulations: When appropriate, suggesting Ayurvedic herbs to support the healing process

  • Lifestyle Practices (Dinacharya): Daily and seasonal routines tailored to your constitution and mental-emotional needs, supporting resilience and restoration

  • Somatic Healing Tools: Breathwork, body awareness practices, self-compassion practices, and nervous system restoration techniques

  • Ayurvedic Bodywork: Offering body-centered interventions such as warm oil treatments to support emotional digestion, stress relief, and nervous system balance

Rooted in Lineage, Adapted for You

I am honored to be guided by master teachers both in the U.S. and India.
When needed, I consult with senior yoga therapists and Ayurvedic doctors to ensure that your care is thoughtful, comprehensive, and aligned with the living traditions from which these practices arise.

Healing here is not a quick fix.
It’s a steady, relational journey — restoring balance across the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of your being.
You will be seen, heard, and supported — with practices grounded both in tradition and adapted with deep care for the realities of modern life.

Why I Focus on Group Healing Spaces

While individual healing work is deeply important, many wounds — especially those connected to trauma, oppression, and disconnection — are relational.
They occur in relationship, and they often heal in relationship as well.

This is why I offer groups and circles as a core part of my work.

Group healing spaces allow us to:

  • Reclaim belonging: Remember that we are not alone in our struggles or healing journeys.

  • Practice being witnessed: Share and be seen without needing to perform or perfect ourselves.

  • Co-regulate: Experience the nervous system healing that comes from breathing, moving, and resting in community.

  • Honor collective resilience: Recognize that healing is not just personal — it’s political, relational, and woven into the fabric of community care.

My groups are trauma-informed, relationally grounded, and designed to foster trust, deep listening, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.

Whether through Yoga Therapy groups, seasonal Ayurveda programs, or collective healing retreats, these spaces invite us to heal not by isolating, but by remembering our connection to each other — and to something larger than ourselves.
