This personalized package is designed to help balance kapha’s cool, moist, and heavy qualities by stimulating digestion, clearing excess mucus, and restoring lightness and vitality.

Using Ayurvedic herbs, breath practices, yoga asana, and self-compassion tools, we’ll work together to support your body’s transition into spring, promoting clarity, energy, and a sense of renewal.

  • 90 Minute Intake Session + 2 One Hour Follow Up Sessions

    Together, we’ll dive deeply into your unique needs and challenges, discussing everything from your emotional landscape to your physical health. This session is designed to give you the space to be fully heard, allowing us to create a personalized roadmap for your self-care and growth.

    The follow-up sessions will provide tailored guidance, reflection, and refinement of your practices, and herbs offering accountability and support as you build consistency and confidence.

  • Personalized Spring Wellness Practices

    You will receive a personal practice that includes a combination of Yoga postures, Breathwork, and Yoga Nidra Practices designed to foster nervous system stability, helping you feel safe, grounded, and open to self-discovery.

    You will receive personal Ayurvedic Herbs, Foods, and Lifestyle Recommendations to support your digestion, hormonal balance, and overall well-being.

    Self-compassion practices as a foundation for change will be woven throughout our work together to support you in developing a kinder, more connected relationship with yourself.

In 3 sessions you can expect:

  • To receive a personal self care practice that is simple and easy to maintain.

  • A deeper understanding of your unique Ayurvedic Constitution (doshas) and foods, herbs and lifestyle that support your current imbalances.

  • A deeper understanding of your nervous system and stress response and tailored practices to calm and regulate daily.

  • To learn to modify your self care and diet for the season, your monthly cycle and/or stage of life.
